Covenants Watch is delighted to announce that we will organize, in collaboration with the Open Society Foundations Justice Initiative, the workshop entitled “International Workshop on Strategic Litigation to Protect Human Rights” on 12-13 November 2018.

Strategic Litigation is a type of litigation which is exercised with the aim of amending policies or laws. In order to improve the human rights values in Taiwan and to let the government respect and protect the rights of its citizens, we hope to learn global practices of strategic litigation from our international guests and to share the relevant cases in Taiwan.
